Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Corex AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Corex AI provides AI-powered automation modules for service businesses on a monthly subscription basis. Services include, but are not limited to, missed call text-back, review generation, estimate follow-up, and related automation tools. Custom development services ("Studio") are governed by a separate project agreement.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Module subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan. Monthly plans have no minimum contract — you may cancel at any time. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year. Setup fees are one-time charges applied at the start of your first subscription period. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. Setup fees are non-refundable. We do not issue prorated refunds for mid-period cancellations.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit spam or unsolicited messages, to impersonate any person or entity, or to interfere with the operation of the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. SMS Messaging Terms
Service businesses using Corex AI ("Clients") may send SMS messages to their own customers through the platform. By opting in, end recipients agree to receive transactional messages such as appointment reminders, confirmations, review requests, estimate follow-ups, and service notifications from the Client. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply HELP for help or STOP at any time to opt out. An opt-out confirmation message will be sent after STOP is received, after which no further messages will be delivered. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have proper consent from their recipients before sending, complying with TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and all applicable laws, and honoring opt-out requests. Corex AI maintains records of opt-in and opt-out events. No mobile information or opt-in data is shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials on the platform are owned by or licensed to Corex AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of data you provide to the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corex AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
