The Free CRM for Shops Tired of
$300/mo Software.
Shop management suites charge hundreds a month and still make you answer "is my car ready?" by hand. Corex CRM keeps customers, vehicles, the repair board, estimates and billing in one place, and texts the customer as the car moves. Free forever.

The whole operation runs here.
One tool, not five tabs.
Everything an auto repair or body shop runs on day to day, in one place your whole team can use.
Customers and their vehicles
A board that runs the shop
Estimates customers approve
Invoicing + payment
The AI layer the incumbents don't ship.
Scheduling and invoicing are table stakes. What keeps customers and grows an auto repair or body shop is what happens between the visits.
Customers hear it before they ask
A receptionist that knows the board
The declined-work goldmine
An owner dashboard that thinks
Stop paying monthly for table stakes.

Bring your customers in one import.
Most shops come to us from big shop-management suites or a counter notebook. Bring your customer list as a CSV and we map it with you on the onboarding call.
The whole CRM, free forever. No card, no trial clock, no per-user pricing. $0 setup, free migration help. Add AI modules only if you want them.
Is the CRM really free? What's the catch?
Really free. The full CRM, free forever, no card, no trial clock, no per-user pricing. Corex makes money when businesses add optional AI modules (like the AI Voice Receptionist or 5-Star Review Machine) on top. The CRM works completely on its own if you never add one.
Does it track vehicles and service history?
Yes. Vehicles live on the customer profile with year, make, model, VIN, plate and mileage, and the full repair history per car, including declined and deferred work worth following up on. Type a VIN and the year, make and model fill in.
Does it text my customers when their car moves?
Yes. Each stage on your board can carry a message, in English and in Spanish, that goes out when a car enters that stage, with the promised date filled in. Texts go from your own shop number to customers who agreed to them; everyone else gets the same update by email.
Is it built for collision work or mechanical?
Both. The board comes set up for collision (estimate, approval, parts, body, paint, reassembly, quality check, ready, delivered) and you rename or remove stages in a minute. Insurance jobs carry the insurer, claim number, adjuster and deductible; customer-pay jobs skip all that.
How do I switch from my current shop software?
Export your customer list as a CSV, drop it in, and we map the fields with you on a free onboarding call. Customers, vehicles, and history come over without retyping anything.
Can my techs use it in the field?
Yes. The field app gives each tech their day, one-tap directions and on-my-way texts, in-field estimates and payments, and photo capture on every job. It works offline and syncs when signal comes back.
Do I have to use the AI modules?
No. The CRM is a complete standalone tool. The AI modules are optional add-ons you can turn on later, and because they are native, anything you add writes into the same customer records from day one.
